Tim Allen, a sole-trader magician and children’s entertainer based in Woking, Surrey UK. I trade as Mr Tim’s Magic for children’s entertainment and magic. I provide magic shows, balloon modelling and related entertainment services for families, schools and community events. I keep invoices and booking records for 6 years, as required by HMRC. Emails and other correspondence are deleted when no longer needed. I do not transfer your data outside the UK.

Your information is stored securely on a password‑protected device located in the UK and in a private invoicing spreadsheet. I do not share your data with anyone except:

8. Children’s data
I may use the child’s first name for the purposes of delivering the service (eg name for a magical birthday card, date of actual birthday, age) and, with parental permission, in social media posts. This may also include the party theme. This information is kept only as part of the invoice record required by HMRC.

I may update this privacy notice from time to time. The latest version will always be available on my website or on request.
